baronne

This new construction high-end residence is one of several houses designed for a boutique hotel concept in New Orleans. The building’s architecture is a contemporary take on a traditional center-hall massing, with a French-inspired interior. Drama is the theme of the house, from the double galleries that wrap the exterior, to the curved floating stair at the entrance, and the undulating ceiling in the primary bathroom. The building is currently under construction.

Cassidy served as the Interiors Project Manager for the project. Once the overall architecture was set, Cassidy worked with the client team to design the building’s interior spaces, including kitchen and bath layouts, detailed concepts of finish & material palettes, and specifications for trim packages & architectural millwork.
