This historic Eastlake Victorian style sidehall shotgun in the Black Pearl neighborhood of New Orleans was full of original detailing. To accommodate the clients’ growing family, while preserving the home’s character, we designed a unique second floor addition set back from the original one-story structure. The new plans featured a cozy family room tucked into a new stairway and multiple bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs.

Cassidy served as the Architecture Project Manager, leading the design and permitting process for the project.
