Adamick Architecture was privileged to design and permit the brick-and-mortar for a local ice cream company that developed a cult following from their pop-up operations during the COVID-19 pandemic.

As the Interiors Project Manager, Cassidy designed a simple, yet impactful interiors concept that reflected the family-oriented brand, the company being named after the owners’ daughter.
